So long as that's true I might not be quite as disgusted.... but then it just postpones the real battle to another day, for the Demagogic Party defines "extraordinary circumstances" as any judicial nominee who they see as a threat to their castle of judicial fabulism and anti-constitutional inventions....
In your dreams--the Dems will use that tactic on the Republicans after the next election. Republicans have no guts to follow through, but the Dems sure do. I am so disgusted and sick and tired of justification and strategy crap. Repubs wanted an UP or DOWN vote--right.
