You mean someone like Easterbrook or Richard Epstein or Posner - none of whom will never be nominated by Bush.

I think it used to be easier to find Strict Interpretation judges.

I fear Gonzales.

I would be happy with a latino judge if W insists but he needs to be less wobbly than Gonzales.

He had to do some fancy dancing this week to cover his conflict with Owens.

...amongst other issues I won't bring up here...too late for serious bloodletting..lol
