By simply resubmitting them. Hell if that is the case, bring back judge Bork. We are all being set up for a Gonzalez nomination. Bush will simply throw his arms and declare that he is the only nominee Harry Reid will sail through. In exchange, Bush will get his support for bigger welfare schemes.

Gonzales is milquetoast conservative but W and Karl are so damned vato-sensitive that nothing would surprise me.

Too old, and he's said he wouldn't be interested anyway. You want to elect fossils to the USSC who will maybe give you a decade or less of satisfaction, I'd rather use the "lifetime appointment" and put someone of Alberto Gonzalez's age and intellect on the USSC bench and reverse decades of Liberal nonsense put upon this nation.

Bork is too old now. His years on thebench would be limited.

Ted Olson is my choice; born in 1940.

Still, I'd like to find 45 year old Scalia's to fill open SCOTUS seats during Bush's term...lol.
