Yes, but the infamous seven Republicans also agreed to oppose the constitutional option for the next two years. Period. No equivication, no conditions.




The agreement was based on the Rats keeing their side of the DEAL....if they don't..... then the way I read it....the RINOs can nuke them. Graham interpreted it that way when I heard him on CNN.
