CHARLOTTE COUNTY (Florida) - A Port Charlotte man was arrested Friday and charged with kidnapping two young girls from their homes as their parents slept, then raping the girls before letting them go.
Erick Thomas Knapp, 31, is accused of entering the home Wednesday night of a 13-year-old girl who lived near him. Knapp threatened to cut the girl's throat, led her to a nearby home under construction and sexually assaulted her, her father said.
Knapp, a felon, is also accused of using similar methods to abduct and attack a 7-year-old girl only a few nights before.

No doubt, this is a death penalty case if convicted.
When the hell will the judges and liars oops I mean lawyers finally realize that as men, we have a duty to protect the women and children?
When these kinds of creeps have more rights than some 13 yr old girl sleeping in her bed, we have basically become "Lord of the Flies"
She is young enough that, according to some psychologists, she may not remember her torture..
But it will undoubtedly affect her personality and psychology for the rest of her life..
As for the 13 year old, she is old enough she will most probably remember until her last days.
Every time she hears a word or sound, sees a picture, reads a headline, it could "trigger" the memory of her rape.. And she will re-live that moment..
Is any punishment adequate in this sort of situation?
At any rate, a death penalty would ensure he never does it again..

So the girls are not dead, no saga? For who, you, us, or the girls? The saga maybe over for you, but it will never be over for those little girls. They will forever live with the horror.
Be thankful these girls are still alive, praise the lord, but condemn that piece of sh** to death for what he did. DO NOT GIVE THANKS!!
