ACLU, atheist in 16-year battle to remove it

The San Diego City Council voted this week to allow voters to decide the fate of the historic Mt. Soledad Cross overlooking the Pacific Ocean in La Jolla.

The vote represented the newest chapter in a long line of legal battles to remove the cross, led by ACLU attorney James McElroy, who represents an atheist seeking to remove the Christian symbol from public lands.

ACLU = Against Christianity Liberty Unity

Your right about them picking on entities that can't afford to fight back.

These leftist sissies are all "Ten Gallon Hats - No Cattle" and don't have the gonads to take on the U.S. Congress over prayer on government property, in addition to what you point out.

Besides sponging off the taxpayers, moron George Soros has provided them millions.

You can help stop the ACLU by contacting your representatives to support the following:

Rep. John Hostettler, R-Ind., filed a measure to amend the Civil Rights Attorney's Fees Act of 1976, 42 U.S.C. Section 1988, to prohibit prevailing parties from being awarded attorneys fee in religious establishment cases, but not in other civil rights filings. If you want to corral the ACLU, then consider a letter or email to your Congressman urging them to cosponsor this legislation.

I'd rather rap the aclu across the back of the head, then wrap them in burlap with the cross and burn them to ashes. The ACLU is a subversive organization under the guise of a liberation fighter. They are communist trying to destroy freedom in america.
