There are now many store brands of Cap'n Crunch like cereals.

Are they not made be Quaker?

Humm I don't know. Looking on the bag or box might tell. Some private brands, like Aldi, seem to have a policy of multisourcing any given storebrand item. If there was a patent on the Cap'n Crunch production process, it lapsed long ago.
