AUTHORITIES WARN OF PSYCHOPATH IN CIUDAD JUAREZ
The Houston Chronicle ^ | 20 May 2005

CIUDAD JUAREZ, Mexico — UNICEF, the United Nations' child welfare organization, called on Mexican authorities today to stop a string of killings of young girls in the border city of Ciudad Juarez, where authorities said a psychopathic killer may be on the loose. One of the most recent victims, 7-year-old Airis Estrella Rodriguez Pando, was buried today. Her body was discovered Sunday about 20 miles south of Ciudad Juarez. Her parents had reported her missing on May 2. The girl had been sexually molested and had been killed by blows to the head, then placed in a barrel and covered with cement.

Patricia Gonzalez, attorney general of the border state of Chihuahua, said experts have determined that three men — one possibly a serial sexual killer — were responsible for her killing. Gonzalez said Thursday that a forensic profile of the killer, who has not yet been identified, suggests he had two accomplices and crosses the U.S.-Mexico border frequently. She said FBI experts had helped Mexican police in the investigation into the killing of Enriquez Pando. Chihuahua Gov. Jose Reyes Baeza Terrazas attended the girl's funeral and promised to catch the killer. "We don't want to just catch some scapegoat," said Baeza Terrazas.

The state has been plagued by a decade-long series of murders of young women, and victim's relatives have often accused police in the past of extracting confession under torture and conducting sloppy investigations. UNICEF said four young girls have been found murdered — some sexually abused — in the city across the border from El Paso so far this year. "The UNICEF office in Mexico condemns these acts, and calls on the appropriate authorities to solve them rapidly and take actions to prevent them," the agency said in a statement. The agency called for "cultural change in society and strict application of the law" to stop the crimes.

The body of a 10-year-old girl who had been sexually abused, strangled and partly burned was found in Ciudad Juarez on Tuesday. The girls' ages separate their cases from more than 100 largely unsolved slayings of young women who were sexually assaulted, strangled and dumped in the desert since 1993. Separately, a Mexican development official speaking the Pacific coast city of Acapulco said a recent study shows that domestic violence — most frequently against women — is more common in Mexico's border cities and tourist areas. "The problem of domestic violence has a geographic pattern, that shows up fundamentally in border cities and tourism cities, and in those with a high percentage of Indian inhabitants," said Rodolfo Tuiran, Assistant secretary of Urban Development.

The study, carried out in December, shows domestic violence is correlated to general violence. But it also indicated that there are relatively high rates of domestic violence in Quintana Roo, a relatively wealthy state on Mexico's Caribbean coast. One possible explanation is the displacement of many families, who have migrated to Quintana Roo and other resorts, or to border cites, to find work. Such migration is often presumed to place more pressure on family members.

Coming soon to a town near you, as illegal immigrants continually enter the United States unchecked. The social, religious, political and economic factors that create this kind of murderer are being brought over with every illegal immigrant. Women apparently don't excite this fellow or these fellows anymore. Now, they're getting their jollies with little girls. Oh, and "duh" on a psychopath being involved...do they really think so? After 350+ women/girls killed over the past few years, they MIGHT have a psychopath involved.

Well, these monsters no doubt understand that if they're spending lots of time going back and forth across the border, there's almost zero chance they'll ever be caught. After all, stopping border crossers is 'racist'.

If the Mexicans put the heat on, this psycho will just stroll over the sieve that President Bush calls a border and start killing the Americans that Americans won't kill...

I must have missed UNICEF's demands for UN peacekeeper-rapists in Africa to be brought to justice...

and start killing the Americans that Americans won't kill...

From what I hear, the police in the Dallas-Fort Worth area are already seeing an unusual level of violent killings.

According to Senor El Presidente Fox, he's just killing the people even black Americans won't kill.

That's very unusual isn't it?

Yes, it's unusual. Most serial killers act alone. But I can think of a few cases of multiple serial killers acting together.

"Coril, Henry and Owen: 32 Murders. Dean Coril, Elmer Wayne Henley, and David Owen Brooks were the members of a Texas homosexual torture/murder ring that captured and mutilated 27 young men. The New York Times, July 27, 1974."

One of John Wayne Gacy's victims, that escaped with his life, claimed there was another person with Gacy, while Gacy was torturing him.

Worth pinging. I'd do it myself but my list is on a problematical hard drive I'm fighting with (wants to take over the PC every time I connect it).

Stories like this do need to be gotten out since our media doesn't consider monsters running loose using and killing children to be as important as depicting all aliens as God-fearing souls only here to provide for their unfortunate families.

Considering how around a quarter of Federal prison space is occupied, on our dime, by illegal aliens while local law enforcement everywhere are encouraged to let these people slide until they kill someone (and often escaping when they do), I thought this story should be known.

Let's also consider member Cripplecreek's advice: Take the accusations of racism without objection and thus render that remaining weapon of the liberals and traitors powerless. Don't fear the label - take encouragement that it being used is proof that you are winning the argument and are unassailably correct.

Don't be too sure that this is a Mexican doing this, many Americans cross the border for many illegal activities because the law is so lax. A one hundred dollar bill can buy you almost anything in Mexico.

I lived in San Antonio 20 years, and visited Mexico several times. Things are not the same there now, way too many US citizens getting killed there.

I suspect but cannot prove that one of the reasons the NCAA likes to have tournaments in S.A. is what's across the border a short drive down I35. I've been to Marti's in N.L. It's not worth the risk now. FReegards

Thank goodness that our President is dedicated 100% to keeping killers and terrorists from entering the USA from Mexico.

That would also be consistent with the statistics. The Mexican study cited correlated Quinta Roo and the Mexican border as both having a higher migrant population with employment stresses as possible MOs. I'd also associate the border towns and high end resort areas as high tourist trade areas with a proclivity to entertain criminal sexual related fantasies.
