Where did you get this idea from? It isn't stated anywhere in the U.S. Constitution.
ACLU = bullies; The schools have adopted anti=bully policies so lets kick these Bullies out our schools! Give the left all they want till they beg NO MORE Ram all their nonsense down thier throats till they can no longer stand it use thier Ideas against them.

I'm convinced that it's going to take another generation for this all to change, at least. The baby-boomers who bought into the Communist propaganda in the sixties will continue to agitate until they're into their eighties (at that point, they'll be too old to have the same influence). In the meantime, it is vital that we weaken their present influence and keep them from poisoning yet another generation.
I believe that our first and foremost target must be at the school and university level. We all know how leftist professors use this as their vehicle to create further generations of pseudo-Communists. For Catholic schools we can press our new pope to take a hard look at the worst offenders and make examples of them, but for the other schools we need a winning strategy. Possibly a comprehensive "wall of shame" that outs leftist professors by school (and serves as an information repository for students so they know who will attempt to poison them), or perhaps alternate schools that properly vet their professors, or some other solution...Whatever we do, if we don't actively go after this bastion then we will find ourselves facing yet another generation of fist-raising Marxists with an ideology but no clue (and no way to change their minds since their ideology will be based on emotion rather than upon a rational argument).
