I think the first Muslim Mohammad started the hate. He wrote to hide in a ditch or behind a tree and kill infidels 400 years ago. The crusades were started after the "religion of peace" had captured much of Spain and much of europe. Therefore the Muslims hated the first person from europe that came to America, who ever that was. They have trained up many liberals with the hate but not the guts to go out and fight.
