I have e-mailed the Senator as to his duty to the United States Constitution...here is part of that letter.

The United States Constitution is the most remarkable document of its sort ever written. However, the Constitution can fulfill its duty only if it is faithfully and respectfully interpreted by those responsible (you) for its application to our judicial system.

“When the federal judiciary usurps the authority of the legislative and executive branches, and when judges substitute their personal prejudices and policy preferences for what the constitution actually says, it creates a potential crisis for our democratic republic.”

This vote is not about the Judges Brown or Owen, it is about the United States Constitution and Senator Harry Reid is calling for ALL to ignore the Constitution.

It is the duty of all Americans to demand this Senate abide by the United States Constitution.

CALL YOU SENATORS NOW. CALL JOHN MCCAIN, GRAHAM, LIEBERMAN, WARNER...JUST DO IT!

Any senator that breaks ranks is not worthy of electing again.

Time to look around and see who can make a primary challenge.

Well, all those phone calls did a lot of good, didn't they? When are we conservatives going to learn that guys like Graham only want us around when it's time to donate money or vote for them?

Mr.Graham is of a mind that you mere mortals in his state will forget about this in a couple of days. Hell if you had any standing he should be concerned. Of course You would be in a DC restaurant, perhaps a toney bar just up from the Senate offices perhaps with a nice country girl on your arm and an eye for a renegade Senator...

But SC voters you don't, you were not and yes that girl has more juice that you do....

"Lord Lindsey" thinks he can screw SC, has a permanent lock on his job. Wonder if Sanford would like to be a Senator?

Lord Lindsey gets a lot of cash from trial lawyers. One of them has filed a huge class action aimed at putting South Carolina hospitals out of business.

He isn't worth the dime!!

Absolutely! It's like complaining to McCain. The guy lied to the people of South Carolina to get elected. He does not represent them and once his six years are through, if there is justice, so will he.

During the Clinton Scandals, I had great respect for Graham but now he is acting like a "Girlie" man. I wonder if Hitlery has his FBI file or something.

Call, fax, email and protest outside his office if you live in South Carolina. All these judges get an up or down vote or Graham loses his job.

Another doublespeaking jackass who thinks he's the smartest guy in the room. He drones on and on and says absolutely nothing worth listening to.

Kinda vague....that description fits everybody in the Senate.:)

"Another doublespeaking jackass who thinks he's the smartest guy in the room."

As opposed to John Kerry, a doublespeaking jackass who thinks he's the smartest guy in the WORLD.

"Per Laura Ingraham, Lindsey Graham may be teetering. She recommends South Carolinians get on the phone and start telling him he needs to stick with his party.

HUmmmmmmmm? As a SC resident I have registered my problems with his vote. He will do what he will do but come 2008 he is toast. He probably won't even win the primary. But if he does then as far as I'm concerned his seat will be on the dark side. But as it stands now it won't make a difference.

Call Graham's office even if you don't live in S.C. This affects EVERYBODY equally.

I phoned his Capitol Hill office yesterday and spoke with a courteous young man. I pointed out that he probably agreed with me himself, since I assumed that Graham hired only good Republicans. In the case of Graham, a "more in sorrow than in anger" approach may work best.

Always remember that these aides can be important people -- if not now, then someday. What they hear can also contribute to the mood of the office. It's always, always worthwhile to call.
