I love Las Vegas.
I only place I've ever been where I have felt absolutely comfortable and relaxed, without a care or worry at all.
Could have been the excessive booze, but I love Vegas still.

Actually, I think Las Vegas is a bit tense. For absolute relaxation, I'd take the moment when a cruise ship drops the lines in the water and leaves to dock, with a steel band playing and ubiquitous waiters plying you with strawberry daiquiris.
Now THAT's relaxation.
