Can't remember if it was a rally or a debate. I do remember he was late because of his manicure. Seems like it came after the Botox first showed up and his lovely orange "tan".

The orange tan was just before one of the debates as well that was another cutting comment from Lynne Cheney she compared it to the colour of some tee shirts that the people who had the wandering mics for one of the town hall sessions she and Dick were doing.
