Also - send them a note, postcard, letter anything in writing. Sending an email is one thing, but when the letters start piling up they know this person will talk to family, friends, coworkers etc., they pay attention.

Would also suggest that a mini petition drive be started. Write up something expressing your views to your local congress critter and then have friends, family and neighbors sign on with their address, signature and printed name.
