What is the current status of the nuclear option. Is it done yet? Prospects... ?? I want to be ready to report "YES!!" to my liberal colleagues....

It's not going to be done today or tomorrow, maybe late Friday or early Monday.
They're just "talking" now. The only people talking about the nominees (which is what this is about) are the GOPers; the Dems are ranting about the nuclear option and how nasty we all are.
So far the option has not kicked in but we are controlling the process, by starting the debate and holding the floor! We have not yet shut them out! But it is coming! Sorry about the liberals!
We aren't even CLOSE to the "nuke option" yet---but you can tell your lib friends that the dems are making fools of themselves, and have closed down legislative work in the Senate like they threatened to, which is not gonna get them any brownie points....
