Interesting. Can you tell me where that is written? I find that the more I understand ancient Jewish beliefs and tradition, the better I understand the teachings of Yeshua and Paul in the New Testement.

It's been a while since I learned that -- may even be my childhood. I want to say Maimonides had something to do with it -- certainly belief that Messiah will come is part of his 13 Principles of Faith -- but I cannot say for certain.
