Can you have sex during Sabbath? Always seemed like work to me.... It is considered a mitzvot -- a good deed -- for a married couple to have sex during the Sabbath.

Orthodox Rabbinate Jews consider it a mitzvah(act in accordance with the Law) to have sex during the Sabbath, so long as the wife is not ritually impure due to menses.
Karaites believe that the Sabbath should be dedicated only to God.
Always seemed like work to me....
Then you are either out of shape, or not doing it correctly ;-)
Sex is excercise, not work.
