I also took Accutane twice for grade IV acne (awful cysts -- I was a dreadful pizza face!) and it was just a godsend. No depression at all. (Though I did get a heckuva sunburn from not paying attention to the sunburn warnings!)
My son had acne really bad and the Accutane cured it right up and it didn't come back.
