National Abortion and Reproductive Rights Action LeagueThe "Abortion" part I fully understand. But what is the reason for the "Reproductive Rights" in the group's name? Nobody is attempting to infringe on anyone's reproductive rights. Everyone has the right to get pregnant and have a baby (i.e., reproduce.) The only right this group is concerned with is the right to not reproduce after they become pregnant--their "Constitutional" right to abortion. What section of the Constitution is that in, again? Can't seem to find it in my dog-eared copy.

(Abortion is to family planning what bankruptcy is to financial planning.)

The "reproductive rights" part is about reproducing using extraordinary means. If a woman takes fertility drugs & the result is a litter, she'll want the right to have a selective reduction. If she wants to do in vitro & spares are created, she'll want to have the right to dispose of the spares or to donated them for medical research.
