Madisonville, KY, May. 16 (UPI) -- A western Kentucky judge has dropped charges against five young boys who were charged with felony sex crimes for meeting in bathrooms at grade schools.

The cases shocked the communities of Madisonville and Earlington after five boys, ages 6 to 8, were accused of criminal sexual activity. The boys were charged with having liaisons in bathrooms where touching and oral sex allegedly occurred. No adults were charged.

While I am not certain of Kentucky's sex education curriculum, I know that in Texas, 3rd graders are taught the finer points of oral sex. It was only a matter of time before they tried it out.

It's the Louisville Courier Journal, the Lexington Herald Leader. Not sure which it paper was being quoted, but the Times had the title wrong. I live in Kentucky and had not heard about this story, but it is very disturbing to say the least.

In at least one state, there is a statute that anyone eight or younger is not capable of criminal intent. IOW, a seven year old could intentionally kill someone and could not be charged with the death of that person.

I live in Kentucky, and I've never heard of this case, either.

Pschological counseling? What a joke. Those kids, in other words, will not get help. They'll get encouragement and "understanding." Meet that state's future gay activists in training. Social workers are the LAST people who should be given access to those children. They need real love and guidance from someone with the courage to teach them right from wrong. Someone who still knows what that is.

The twisted fruits of sexual "liberation" propaganda are coming home to roost.

No concept of shame, no difference between right and wrong, no moral absolutes, 24/7 sexsexsex programming, every perversion is ok as long as you feeeeel goooood about yourself = all leads to this.

The attitudes of "so what? It's not hurting anyone, what's the big deal. It doesn't directly affect you so what do you care? What goes on behind closed doors...", etc - that very type of indifference is what enables this steady stream of perverted corruption.

Thanks for the ping - kind of...

(No, really, I do appreciate being alerted to relevant articles!)

I have been dealing with some urgent stuff lately and have hardly the pinged anything in several days. Later today I will sit down and do some serious pinging.

BTW, this article is ubelievable nauseating.

Looks like the end of the Roman empire. All we need are the lions eating the Christians, and that, metaphorically speaking, is happening here and there. Not counting the actual torture and killing in other countries.

Absolutely right, these kids learned this behavior, it is not something they come by naturally until much later in life. This is a direct result of the sex ed in schools and even in some homes. Peak their curiosity, and they will try it. It's a shame these boys were robbed of their innocence so young. Their minds should be on 6-8 year old things, not on sex.

What?

How the heck is that happening in Texas?

I live near Ann Arbor in MICHIGAN for cryin' out looud, and I have seen the sex-ed materials here.

NOTHING like that AT ALL especially in elementary school!

We actually had a mother get unglued over a book having to do with sexing rabbits in the school library...(lots of 4-H kids here) because she thought it was obscene

WTF! What is going on in the schools and our society today? I never heard any of this crap happening when I was that age.

Teachers having sex with students, students having sex in school and students raping other students. Somebody is turning our school into whorehouses.

some 'adult' somewhere needs to be charged. this type of activity does not come naturally to this age group.

Round Rock, Texas.

It is one of the main reasons we homeschool. This was as of 2003. Someone might have gotten the message by now. Oh, and no notes were sent home.

Ask to see the sex ed. curriculum in your elementary school.

Can anyone, in their wildest imagination, picture something like this happening when they went to school?
