When she finally gets a break from that, the autograph seekers are waiting. It can be trying even for a veteran. But Patrick, a rookie, sees it as a chance to prove herself.

I seen her on Speed Channel last night complaining about her #4 position. Saying "I could have gotten the pole if it wasn't for that little mistake in turn 1"
This chick is tough!

She's cute and of course, I'm all for her doing well being female and all, but I live in Indy and I don't think I can take 2 more weeks of Danica Patrick. It is ridiculous how the male sportscasters are making arses out of themselves.

I hope she does better than the cliche (either involved in the first accident or finishing among the last five).

I think driving at those speeds requires too much testosterone for much female success. This ain't no drag race.

Indy-car girl is nice and all, but I'm still partial to the real "pioneer":

Agreed! That was cruel!

Now I am going to have to find more pictures of Ms. Patrick. The Washington Times article mentioned a photo shoot she did...

Dang! She's a cutie pie. But I got three words for you to listen up for on the second lap of the 2005 Indy 500...

"TROUBLE, TURN ONE!"

Just hope she's far enough back so she doesn't take out half the field.
