The following snippet sheds more light on that controversial report back a few weeks ago that negatively portrayed the Fed's directive to report thugs suspected of terrorist involvement as criminal whenever possible (or to recategorize the reports). Makes sense now that it is revealed that the Feds actually charged suspects with criminal activities solely for expediency.

"As the investigation of the Ghali organization continued, prosecutors decided it should be handled strictly as a criminal matter rather than a terror investigation. Thanks for your insite, I had missed the fact that the Feds
are now using the local police to prosecute the terrorists.
