Participants in the first leg of the Iran Freedom Walk will meet at the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia, PA on Monday, May 16th, at 10:00 am. The Walk will begin promptly at 11:00. Day One of the walk will cover 14 miles, from the heart of Philadelphia to Newtown Square. Click here for route details.
The Iran Freedom Walk is scheduled from Monday, May 16 to Thursday, June 2, the day Jerry Corsi will arrive at Freedom Square in downtown Washington DC.
The Walk will be covered by a variety of local and national broadcasts, including Sinclair TV and the G. Gordon Liddy Show. It will also be tracked and chronicled online at IranFree.org. Along the way, Dr. Corsi will describe the current social, political and economic situation in Iran and urge Americans to support the cause of freedom in Iran.
The Iran Freedom Walk will also be carried live internationally by the Voice of America, Radio Free Europe, and Radio Farda, giving millions of Iranians the opportunity to follow the event.
Any and all Mid-Atlantic freepers are invited to drop by the Liberty Bell for the kick-off -- Monday morning at 10:00 am.
Let freedom ring -- wear tap shoes.
Dr. Corsi is starting this Freedom March---does anyone think that this march would have even been given a thought at this time, let alone be happening, if Bush hadn't taken out Saddam and attacking Iraq?
You, see, I keep seeing these polls on Fox News that says that almost every month, more and more people are saying that we shouldn't have gone to Iraq, that is was wrong...
I always scratch my head, because the people polled obviously haven't compared what is going on in the Middle East NOW, compared to oh, say, 5 years ago....
I pray that the Iranian people that want freedom and to form a democratic type government can succeed, but if they watched our news very much, they would think that all Iranians are BAD...and that Saddam is better than BUSH!
Solefood. Seems appropriate...
Thanks. Been pretty well tied up elsewhere.
Let freedom truely ring throughout this blessed land and in a future Iran free of the yoke.
BTTT Have a good one IT! :)
Thanks for the ping.
Let's hope a free Iran will abandon nukes.
