"Terri Schiavo was in a persistent vegetative state, for 15 years! Her cerebral cortex was mush!" Bwahahahaha, a 'kill the useless eater' medical expert ... who, as usual, is abslutely wrong. PVS patients don't smile at there father's wise cracks or laugh at his quips, but Terri did as recently as 2002 and it was captured on video! Would the 'medical expert', Donnie Donovon, like to grace us with further false assertions since apparently a person can laugh and smile when their cerebral cortex is mush (which will be a huge surprise to the rest of the medical community), according to the 'kill the useless eaters' medical expert.

There are parallels in this case to the firefighter Donald Herbert as well, who was vegetative for 10 years!

HE was actually diagnosed as PVS right up to the day he started talking fluently, per his own doctor.

Of course the differences include he didn't have a murderous spouse, and he got agressive treatment.
