UNITED NATIONS IS ANTI-GOD AND EVIL: COURT DECISION IS BENCHMARK BIBLICAL END TIME PROPHECY; REVELATION 13:7
by MNA PRESS

A U.S. District Court judge ruled in favor of the United Nations over the U.S. Congress this week, setting precedent that, at least in federal court, the U.N. is sovereign over the United States. U.S. District Judge Ricardo Urbina in Washington issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) after the United Nations filed a petition to block the congressional subpoenas for information from former Oil for Food investigator Robert Parton. The ex-FBI agent quit the U.N.-appointed Independent Inquiry Committee in April, reportedly because he believed it ignored evidence critical of U.N. Secretary-General Kofi Annan.

Parton’s documents and audiotapes reportedly demonstrate proof positive that U.N. Secretary General Kofi Annan’s stories are conflicting regarding the world’s largest bribery scandal. The court order comes in the wake of so-called Independent Investigator Paul Volcker’s (who was appointed by and is compensated by the U.N.) demands for Congress to return the Parton records and to not subpoena any more information or testimony. Volcker said the integrity of the Oil-for-Food investigation was at stake and lives may be in jeopardy if details are leaked, though when pressed, he could not give specifics about what was life-threatening or who was in danger.

The Federal court apparently agreed with Volcker and trumped Congressional authority. This court incident should have set off a firestorm controversy over the very issue of sovereignty of the United States and the balance of power between the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of government. But it didn’t. The U.S. State Department, which seems to represent the Executive Branch’s opinion simply said there is a need for Congress to investigate the scandal but the ongoing litigation should be left to the courts. Volcker is trying to invoke diplomatic immunity. And the chief Congressional investigators are crying foul.

This court decision, if allowed to stand, is a benchmark in prophecy. The armor of the Constitutional balance of powers has been cracked. The United States will be wrapped around a legal axel and unable to defend itself or its allies, most pointedly Israel, if it allows the United Nations to prevail in matters of internal U.S. policy. And the world, by virtue of checking a superpower through legal wrangling, inches even closer to Revelation 13:7, “And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues and nations.” These are days where we must turn to Christ and His wisdom.

COURT DECISION IS BENCHMARK BIBLICAL END TIME PROPHECY; REVELATION 13:7

As disturbing as this news is, this judge should be immediately have papers of impeachment drawn up against him, the UN is not the beast of the Revelation.

If you continue to read the rest of the chapter in context you will see it is not a organization, but a actual being of some type.

I would love to see Annan get canned.

I was watching a show about the Rwanda genocide. The commander of the U.N. forces had intel of large arms caches and a planned attack. He filed a report to New York that he wanted to prevent it. Kofi told him to stand down, basically allowing it to happen.

The US should immediately have the FBI confiscate the documents after a special session of Congress overrides the judge and deliver them to the special televised session holding hearings on them and calling the ex-FBI agent to testify. The UN needs to be slapped down hard along with that idiot judge and let know they cannot violate US law.

The case is not a legal issue regarding "soverignty" of the U.S. or the U.N. The case involves contract law and whether or not Mr. Parton was personally obligated to live by the contract he signed - is that contract valid, did he sign it, can he be held liable for abrogating it.

It is not an issue of whether or not the U.S. Congress had a right to the documents. The issue is whether or not Mr. Parton had a right to provide them.

It would be no different if the other party had been Great Britain or Israel or Japan, and Mr. Parton had signed the contract with them. The U.N., in this instance, is no different than a foreign nation.

The entire legal question is "did Mr. Parton break his contract" and "was that contract valid" - not the soverignty of the U.S.

So how is the judge going to excecute his judgement?

Just say no should be the Congressional policy.
