'Horrified' By Bush, Feminist Urges Election of More Women

With Republicans in charge of the White House and Congress and Democrats fearing that the next appointment to the U.S. Supreme Court could lead to the reversal of legalized abortion, one of the most liberal groups in Washington believes the only solution to such a "dire" problem is to elect more women.

"When I look at what is happening right now in this city, I am horrified," said Ellen Malcolm, the president and founder of the abortion rights group Emily's List, while speaking to a group of feminists and Democratic Party regulars this week in the nation's capital.

Malcolm believes more female politicians will end the "nasty tone" and "horrible partisan atmosphere" in Washington.

"One of the things that I appreciate is that when you elect more women, the tone gets more reasonable, the women figure out ways to get together, find more compromise," she told Cybercast News Service. "I think we could use that kind of leadership in a big dose right now."

Malcolm did not mention anyone by name, though many people expect that the nation's most prominent Democrat female politician, Sen. Hillary Clinton of New York, will run for president in 2008.

"Our dream is correct, that if we put women in power, the country will be better off -- we will be better off," Malcolm said on a night when she, as the founder of Emily's List, was receiving "woman of the year" honors from the Woman's National Democratic Club. Emily's List raised over $40 million to try to elect female abortion rights candidates in 2004.

...and feminists were mute when Billy was raping, sexally assaluting, and sexually abusing his power over women.

Go figure...

It seems that all of a sudden, with a Republican President, Senate and House, libs no longer like democracy! To hear them talk, you'd think all those Republicans had just siezed those offices or something.......

Right. Apparently this woman has never witnessed a "catfight."

This is just nonsense.

You beat me to it, only one of the people on your list isn't a woman. I think. I'm not entirely sure which one, though.

A condemnation by the Feminazis is equivalent to an endorsement to most normal Americans.

And just what was Emily's List record in the last election, candidates supported and endorsed and the percentage of those same candidates who won? Emily's List will soon be un-listed!

Actually, if we elected only conservatives, the horrible partisan atmosphere would disappear completely.

Whenever you hear somebody talk about the "nasty tone" all their really saying is that they think people who don't agree with them should shut the f*#k up and die.

"...the tone gets more reasonable, the women figure out ways to get together, find more compromise"

What a load of horseshoes! Anyone that has ever worked in an office will tell you women hate each other with a passion. They will stab each other in the back. They will lie about each other. They will do anything to harm each other. And then they will do lunch. After lunch they will try to seduce somebody else's husband. This has been my observation over the last 33 years.

That nasty tone again! Like the leader of the Senate Dems calling the President a loser! Like another Senate Dem comparing use of the Constitutional option to Hitler's corrupting of the Reichstag! Like another Senate Dem comparing sitting judges Owen and Brown to jihadists? Is that the nasty tone she was referring to?

All so they shirk sexual responsibility and let MEN OWN them thru the vagina....

"The problems in your body...go get an abortion..."
Unless they want to make it law that men pay for the abortion or go to jail or are fined.
