None of the stuff in an FBI file is challenged by the accused, therefore, it is not "corroborated by adversity". The reason trials work in the United States (usually) is because the prosecutors claims are challenged.
For Harry Reid to do this, is not just deeply unethical -- it may be criminal.
Seriously.

This was just shocking to hear on the Senate floor. Add this to "Bush is a loser" and the "wet kiss" thing and he needs to make some big time apologies.
Old Harry just can't keep his foot out of his mouth.

Honestly, I do not want an apology from him. I want more people to hear what he is saying. I want his remarks leading every newscast. Until America realizes how wrong and evil the left is, almost half will blindly support them. If everyone paid attention, they'd get about 25%.
He was incensed by what Reid did.

What are we to make of Harry Reid? The Senate Minority Leader who acts like the school yard bully; makes outrageous allegations about our President to anyone who will listen and a willing media that help him engage in personal assignations of character. He represents his party as a strident, often abusive strike buster not as one would expect a Senator of the United States to behave. A statesman he is not, a rabble rouser he is. He is an enormous embarrassment to not only his party, but to all Americans.
I think Reid needs to be targeted for punishment by the Senate, or expulsion from his position.

Not all Republicans are spineless, but there is enough spinelessness in the Republican party to encourage this kind of criminal behavior by the RATS.
