Bad news for Tulsa -
I live down wind of the F-16 Air National Guard - and the are so NOISY
I guess to expect nopw more NOISE!
That's the sound of FREEDOM, my friend! :-)
I hear 'em all the time, the F-16s flying over. I run outside and watch 'em and pray a hedge of protection around them every time!
My neighbors have gotten used to me. Heh heh!
Tulsa ANG gains and it is bad news -- obviously you are not pro-military and pro-Oklahoma. People that complain about noise from military planes should move -- the military has been around a long time and people know when they buy if a runway is nearby.
AWACS flies over my house and I personally love the sound -- been around military bases for years and I love to hear the planes. Used to live in the flight path of B-52's in Fairborn -- F-16's cannot compare. Those planes keep us safe so I love the sound!
