I thought the center of the US Sub bases in the Atlantic was King's Bay Georgia?

Only for ballistic missile subs. The attack subs are split between Norfolk and Groton.

That is the SSBN sub base. Norfolk and Groton have attack sub bases.

No, it's not. But they should be able to merge NAVSUBSCOL into TRITRAFAC fairly easily.
