Can you be accused of somethingin an FBI report and NOT BE ALLOWED TO SEE IT nor CONTEST IT? Pardon the caps, but I'm completely amazed--I thought we were all allowed to see our own FBI files. How can you defend yourself against something you don't know exists?

Could they mean that Saad doesn't have access to the Congressional file? Would there be a reason that he was somehow exempted from seeing his own file? Something here isn't right.
