I have three words for every government official, no matter how high the office, involved in ordering these officers not to enforce the law:
Obstruction of Justice
It's a crime and they should be prosecuted for it.

Obstruction of Justice It's a crime and they should be prosecuted for it. In a time of war when our terrorist enemies are itching to come across our borders and do us great harm, it is a crime far worse than that.
