Yes, prior to the vote. So far, Voinovich has raised our collective blood pressure, Biden has been slimier than usual, and we are waiting to see what else will happen.

Still lots of opportunity for the 'Craps and RINOS to gum up the works.

Thank you. :-)

Tried it but didn't work. Looks like my computer didn't react well to McVoinovich's antics and doesn't want anymore to do with him. LOL

Someone earlier on this thread used Sonovitch, I forget who, but I think it is appropriate to call him this from now on.

GEEZ, on MSNBC, Craig what's his face, the guy from Hotline, is saying that if Bush loses this vote, he will be called a lame duck from now on and that's what the Democrats want.

I've heard that several times today.

The UN is their back-up for pushing their socialist agenda. Look at the only things the Dems are fighting for - judges and the UN.

I agree

Bush will hardly be a lame duck when he's forced to deal with Iran and N. Korea.

Rush recapping the treachery of V, scathing attack, finally to vote out of committee. Giving sound bytes on V.

On CNN, Bill Schneider is saying that Sonovich's speech could be the beginning of the tide turning against Bolton!

The Democrats and their mouthpieces seem to think they can do this -- stop Bolton and neuter Bush at the same time.

And our guys who are helping them!

I had the same conversation with him the other day. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, he's still here days later. I think he is genuine.

>>You are still here after being flamed and that is a good sign. If you can take the heat you will do well here! LOL I've been flamed many times and I'm not new here! Kinda catches you off guard but Freepers are the best people in the world, very passionate, patriotic and caring!<<

I can tell they are good people. And I understand there is a constant stream of trolls that have to be dealt with. I'm perfectly willing to adapt my language to local conditions and that some "trial by fire" is normal for new people.

I hope it doesn't turn out that I can't disagree about the wisdom of a particular nominee and still stay here since I'm not going to be willing to lie to fit in.

They have been saying that since 2000

And if I recall back in 2000 .. didn't the Dems give Powell a hard time in his confirmation hearing?
