It's about Dodd's aide, woman named O'Connel who is a huge Castro-Cuba supporter. HOw she had testimony from Otto Reich struck from the record in the Bolton complaint investigations and how this ultimately ties back to the State Dept Cuba lovers angry at Bolton's stance against lifting sanctions against Cuba.
