Otto Reich said that Dodd's aid, Janice O'Connell, is hell bent on destroying Bolton and, in fact, anybody in government who oppposes THEIR, hers and Biden and Dodd's, view on normalizing relations with Cuba!

He also said that Dodd's and Biden's staff is the nastiest staff on the Hill and IS the one that leaks everything.

Exactly. Now if Voinivich votes him out of committee, by voting against it, the RATS look like obstructionists. This is going to turn a few RATS heads and IMHO I think the vote will be 12-6. Biden and Dodd will vote alongside the Republicans on this.
