I suspect that you will find the makeup of the Canadian Military very similar to our own. They are also sworn to serve their elected officials including the incompetent.
Give the Snowbirds the respect they deserve for their service and their flying ability. Feel free to hammer their leaders but remember, some of us served under Klintoon and Carter also, and hated every minute of it.

The Snowbird may not fly the most whiz-bang of today's jets, but they are DAMN good at what they do!
And as for the RCAF...they occasionally fly CF-18's down to airshows...and those guys can FLY! Tricked-out shows with the best of them.
I have great respect for those fliers!
