Minority rights rule! (Does that also apply to a UN filled with thugs and dictators? Just wondering...)

Here is where we see what Voinavich is really about.

What do they mean,"allow"? I thought we were the majority party.
To: Libloather
From the LA Times no less who are carrying the water for the RATs these days. So kind of the RATs to allow a vote (sarcasm). If it wasn't for that worthless Ohio Republican Senator Voinivich, we would have had the vote already. He doesn't attend hearings and then says he doesn't have the info to vote.
I will believe the Bolton vote when I see it and not before.

BIG FRIGGIN' DEAL! If the jackasses...I mean Republicans in the senate could get their heads out of their arses for a couple of minutes, this and other issues would have already been dealt with. The Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again!!

Even if the Democrats have something up their filthy sleeves tomorrow, all President Bush has to do is a recess appointment of Bolton.

Democrats to Allow Panel to Vote on Bolton
Oh how kind of them to bestow the honor of allowing the elected representatives of the people to vote. The democrats are so generous, we should bow down at their feed for the bounty they bestow on the masses.
Let's say a prayer:
Our Teddy who art in DC
Fat be thy ass
Thy filibuster come
Thy will be done
In Red as it is in Blue
Give us this day our right to vote
And grant us our trespasses
Even as you have trespassed against Mary Jo
Lead us not into solutions
But bring us Scotch
For thine is the committee
And the Senate, forever

That headline makes it sound like the Dems are in charge.
[From the ineffectual activities of the GOP Senators, it seems the Dems are in charge--or at least have the upper hand to sway things in their favor.]

Thanks much. I can picture Tim and Don playing those parts, and danged if I'm not starting to see them when I watch the senate deliberate. I just posted this on another thread, and it fits in nicely with our subject matter:
The Republicans have sure written the conservatives off after the election. What the hell happened to the mandate? Right after the election, the RINOS couldn't move fast enough to the left because they were once again safe from the common folk of the party. I have news for Senator Dole and the NRSC. You are in for a big surprise by conservatives when you come calling for donations. I have reached a point where I no longer can support a body that is run by people who don't understand their base. The post election polls showed that morality was the single biggest issue with voters even including the War On Terrorism, but our senators act as if they must move to the humanistic left as quickly as possible. I might be able to forgive naivety but not stupidity.
