Hopefully the Davenport hatchery has upgraded security a little. Seems like some new locks, automatically closing doors, and bars on windows could save time and money. Pretty difficult where they are. The tanks are outdoors. A fence wouldn't help much because the spot is so remote.

High fences with barbed wire on top and security cameras. Hoping it won't happen again is probably wishful thinking.
