No they're not. They just happen to close down around Easter. They call it spring break - not Easter. It's based on spring.
They just happen to shut down for Christmas, but it's not because of Christmas. It's called winter break. It's based on winter.
Unless the Muslims can come up with another season to declare a reason for a break - forget it. Religious holidays are no longer allowed.

We don't have Christmas and Easter breaks, we have winter and spring breaks that just so happen to coincide with Christmas and Easter.
