The "disgraced" Talon news service was the only news agency to shed light on this hoax. The White House did not respond much as to what the best course of action would be to discredit these hoaxes.
The Boston Globe ran the photos AFTER that White House briefing. It was a deliberate act to tarnish the Bush re-election campaign.
Zogbyism is far worse than McCarthyism ever was.

The traitor who killed some officers before the war really got started couldn't go to trial because "he had sleep apnea and couldn't stay awake during his trial".
I guess that is "cruel and unusual" punishment these days.
