That's really too bad. As I said, you get a better response from people if you treat them in a way you'd like to be treated. One day you are going to step on the wrong person's toes and We'll be reading about what they did to you in the papers.

Absolutely nothing at all, in fact my many acres of it are better kept than most golf courses. But I don't go telling everyone else how to keep theirs. If they have brown spots or it's too long for my liking, I really don't care. It's only grass, and it's not my worry or business. Long grass does not devalue a neighborhood even if you live in those 50x100 foot development lots.

Grass overlord of what? your own property yes, not anyone else's. Unless you live in one of those retirement housing co-ops, Where miserable old people have nothing better to do than squabble over a 2 foot square patch of grass. I'd just cement it over and glue down some artificial turf. So, if that's your thing, that's a sad way to live out your final days, making each other miserable.

LOL! I've been steadily losing a war against clover for the last three years. It did creep over from my neighbor's yard, but he is a professional landscaper, so what're you going to do?
