Dick Morris just did an excellent job explaining the David Rosen/Hillary fundraising felony problems. He had also done a good job this morning with Tony Snow.
What was behind the lies to the FEC? Had they told the truth, it would have cost about $800,000 in hard money. Hillary couldn't afford that. Because of her soft money agreement with Rick Lazio, she desperately needed that hard money for the final weeks of the campaign.
Morris believes that because of the Ray Reggie wire and other witnesses, Rosen is probably now realizing he is in great legal jeopardy. He believes there is a "significant chance" that Rosen will flip on Hillary and tell the Feds about her involvement.
Morris will be on Hannity and Colmes later this evening.
Ever heard of the compelling urge to commit "Arkancide?" Sitting in a cell for a finite amount of time beats it by miles. Time for Rosen to make a deal.
I suspect that they are putting in their input to direct this a certain way that won't hurt her.
YOU sniff her...I'm not brave enough.
Those FBI files are now 10 years old. Unless someone's been providing updates on the database, they're getting worthlesser by the day. If someone has been providing updates, well, that's pure Clinton and pure Clinton is purely felonious.
Dick Morris is a goof.
This could be interesting because Rosen is hooked by the Fed "meathooks" and it will certainly come out when they toss him in the federal slam...

Exactly what's in these infamous "FBI Files" that everyone is so scared will be released? If the info is so scandalous that everyone in Washington is scared to perform their duties they should be outed as they are prone to blackmail and can not be trusted to act in the best interest of the people they are supposed to represent. I find this "FBI files" excuse as cover for folks not having the guts to do their job. Either that or they don't have a thing on her. It's time to put up or shut up and stop hiding behind the FBI files excuse.
Dick morris might be a fair-weather friend, a turncoat, but, IMO, he's not to be dismissed. He's a good strategist, even if he does suck toes.
People who vote for Clintons don't care if they are felons. This was proven over and over in the 90's. The story will rise briefly to the public's attention and then fizzle from disinterest.
One does not take a sword swing at the King and Queen, scratch them, and then survive. If you're going after Hillary you had better score center mass with absolute swiftness or you'll do nothing but motivate her loyal guard and label her a "survivor of conservative hate". She'll gain ten points in the polls just for not doing the perp walk.
I'd feel more positive if I hadn't heard the latest guy from the Judicial Watch on Hannity. If it's gone through Judicial Watch you can pretty much count on it going nowhere.
This seems appropriate:
Hillary Clinton visits a primary school in Ithaca, New York to talk about her job as a senator. After her talk, she offers question time.
One little boy puts up his hand, and the Senator asks him what his name is.
"Kenneth."
"And what is your question, Kenneth?"
"I have three questions:
First - whatever happened to your medical health care plan?
Second - why would you run for President after your husband shamed the office?
And third - whatever happened to all those things you took when you left the White House?"
Just then the bell rings for recess. Hillary Clinton informs the kiddies that they will continue after recess.
When they resume, Hillary says, "Okay, where were we? Oh, that's right, question time. Who has a question?"
A different little boy puts his hand up; Hillary points him out and asks him what his name is.
"Larry."
"And what is your question?"
"I have five questions:
First - whatever happened to your medical health care plan?
Second - why would you run for President after your husband shamed the office?
Third - whatever happened to all those things you took when you left the White House?"
Fourth - why did the recess bell go off 20 minutes early?
And fifth - what happened to Kenneth?"
Who was on from Judicial Watch?
Why would anyone trust what Dick Morris says?
He's a man of low character with an axe to grind.
Ahh yes, the wheel of Dick Dick is spinning and rolling again where it lands, nobody knows. Dick, a man who can predict events after they have happened or predict that all possible outcomes are, well, possible is likely to predict that it is likely that something will happen. Rosen may flip on Hillary if he flips, but just remember, if he doesn't flip, Dick knew that he wouldn't unless he didn't in which case he did, but only after he did will Dick say that he knew for certain that he would, unless he didn't and then its Dick Dick time.
Dick Dick and more Dick, where he stops nobody knows but Dick.
Thank you... This is at leastvbv A) A political DISASTER and at worst B) will get her to resign and go back to Ark?
