At yesterday's V-E Day Commemoration at the Museum of Tolerance, Antoniovillaraigoa got there on time, but it was delayed in starting because Jim Hahn was 35 minutes late.
Idiot.

Here's our choice: Hahn, who sabotaged the San Fernando Valley secession drive and is a bagman for all the usual parties to LA corruption, or Villaraigosa, fomer MECHA member and head of the local ACLU. It's like a warm-up for McCain vs Clinton in 2008.

Maybe we should have stuck with Riordan? Riordan has endorsed Villaraigosa, which should make you very happy since your guy is going to win.

You are right about the Hobson's choice. I've had personal experience with the corruption in LA and the incumbent is a willing observer, if not an actual participant. The challenger is as bad as they come, especially at this juncture for the City.
It is both a Warm-up for 2008 as well as a prime example of the lousy choices available to virtually every voter in every state - Tweedle Dee v. Tweedle Dum and nary a dimes worth of difference between the two with the exception of their funding sources.

Just about everyone under the sun has endorsed Antonio... let the jockeying for the airport concession contracts begin...

A poll done for Hahn shows them tied:

Note the larger sample size and of people who plan to vote.
Everything bad you say about Hahn gets a former MEChA member closer to running the second largest city in the U.S.

Villaraigosa or Hahn? Hahn or Villaraigosa?
As Jerry Seinfeld would say: "Good luck with all that."

Here's our choice: Hahn, who sabotaged the San Fernando Valley secession drive and is a bagman for all the usual parties to LA corruption, or Villaraigosa, fomer MECHA member and head of the local ACLU. Those liberals really have a penchant for self-destruction, don't they!

which should make you very happy since your guy is going to win.Wrong again, skipper. Much like you were about Arnold.

"Everything bad you say about Hahn gets a former MEChA member closer to running the second largest city in the U.S." THAT is a heck of an endorsement for Hahn. Perhaps he (Hahn) should have thought about the fact that a sleaze like Villaraigosa could beat him because his record doesn't warrant retention. Maybe he would have actually cleaned up rather than sitting back and watching. JMO

Arnold?
I believe he won. You're going to have to get over Bustamonte's loss.
To: ambrose
No sane person can vote in this election.
Though I am sure plenty of illegals will.

Villaregosa is a big MECHA supporter. He was active in it at one point.
Kiss Kalifornia good-bye my friends. The inmates are running the prison.
