Filing a false police report? I believe the Feds were called because it was a possible kidnapping so maybe add lying to a Federal Officer. You just can't provoke actions that cause other people to spend money.
It's like a barfight. Fighting isn't necessarily the charge that would be filed. But damages is another matter. Intent??
