I can attest to their aggressiveness, but stomping them to death might be a bit over the edge..... Especially the little ones. The big ones will protect the little ones to the death I think.

This wouldn't have been so bad if he would have at least eaten the darn things.

Police say Sanders, an industrial engineer from Rhode Island, slipped and fell in mud after an adult goose hissed at him.
All the goose did was hiss? Maybe it was a really ugly hiss. Did the Canadian have a concealed hiss permit?

John Sanders says he's "heartbroken" over the incident. No, he's heartbroken that he got caught and faces court imposed penalties.

I recall about 5 years ago a golfer took his 9 Iron to a goose on the fairway and ended up in it deep thanks to the local PETAphiles.

I chased some geese out of the yard first thing this morning. Normally I just let the dogs chase them off but the geese have slow moving babies right now.
On saturday I had a nuthatch zipping back and forth across the livingroom.

I'm with you.
I doubt anyone would have a problem with stomping an aggressive 'Possum. But he killed something "cute", and that's the worst kind of sin with the "animal lovers".

Geese hiss a lot louder than snakes. They sound like angry cats.

I had a nuthatch zipping back and forth across the livingroom.Geese don't bother me, but those killer Kamikazi NutHatches are another matter. I try to stomp on everyone of them I see.
To: KidGlock
According to the police report, Sanders got up angry and went into a rampage, chasing and kicking the geese.
This SOB didn't kill the geese because he "felt threatened"!!! He killed them 'cause he got mad!

I have popped my share of geese with a .22 or shotgun, but there is something wrong with a guy that stomps baby geese to death because he is scared of them.
