Most anti-hacking statutes should cover this - defacement of websites, as the "script kiddies" do is illegal. Usually that's an unuathorized use, by cracking or stealing passwords. No such thing occured here. He jumped through the right hoops to become, if briefly, an authorized user. Our recourse is to delete his posts and remove his account, and ban his IP address.
