SEC. XX. SENATE CLOTURE PROVISION. Paragraph 2 of rule XXII of the Standing Rules of the Senate is amended to read as follows:
`2. (a) Notwithstanding the provisions of rule II or rule IV or any other rule of the Senate, at any time a motion signed by sixteen Senators, to bring to a close the debate upon any measure, motion, other matter pending before the Senate, or the unfinished business,
Hatch is doing a very good job. He is much more "diplomatic" than I would care for sometimes and really does try to get along, but I think I see happening what I expected. The dems have cheated, lied and backstabbed one time to many. He is angry.
