The thing is a littlebit more difficult:

Your formula:

Germany-----Jobs------> Poland
Germany-----Money-----> Poland

I see it slightly different:

Germany is with 33,4 % the biggest export partner of Germany. Therefore Poles and Poland should be happy if the things are working in Germany since:

Germany bankrupt = No money to Poland = No new jobs in Poland

Qoud Erat Demonstrandum!

I fully agree with you.

There is absolutly no reason for the Poles to be happy when German economy is doing badly.

Schadenfreunde is nothing good.
