yawn.
Network TV continues to plunge into the abyss.

Well, this approach worked well for Thomas' Designing Women (wasn't that the one where the women spoke of that nice governor from Arkansas), right down to getting us used to the accents of Bill and Hill.
TV is still a powerful medium- people use sitcom plots as real examples- "Well, on [name show] they solved the homeless problem by opening free shelters with needle exchanges, so it might work in {name city]."

Great!
Another series I can proudly claim not to have seen a single episode of.
Right up there with Oprah, West Wing, Sex in the City, The Ellen Degenerate Show, Roseanne, and the usual really bad crap which passes for entertainment the last decade or so.
I suppose 15% of the population, the wingnuts at DU, can keep a show going at least a few weeks, if the all watch regularly.

Really - - how long could this possibly last.
Is this ABC's attempt to launch the Hillary! campaign?

Comedy sells but "...in order for it to be funny there has to be a hint of truth in it.." (learned that from Rush's EIB) and so far we ain't never had no female President (how many double-negatives can I use before the literary police come after me).

That Man Show skit with the first female President was a classic. Ms. President is all mad that Switzerland didn't like her dress, so she was attacking them. And she was launching all these attacks because of PMS. It was hysterical. This is of course from the Jimmy Kimmel days, not the new yahoos...

Be afaid...be very afraid.
Hollywood is preparing, for the compliant masses, a new fantasy. In this most recent fantasy, a female president will solve all the problems of the world and provide answers to the great mysteries of life. She'll even find Jimmy Hoffa's body.
And the masses will believe it all.

What joke these Hollywood leftists are! That's okay; let 'em have their wet dreams. That's all they've got.
