"Mary Maitland, doing a poor job of explaining the GOP position on the filibustering of Judges"
Correct but that was the least of our problems with Mrs. Carville. She started in on an I love Hillary rant that was extreme puke inducing. All that "go girl go" BS and how she liked Hillary. Maybe we should e-mail her some of the dirt we have on the former first B!tch. Hillary Clinton is our worst nightmare. To swoon over her like Mary did was disgusting. I'm having second thoughts about Maitland.

Tht's one reason I wouldn't count on the MSM chastizing the Dems if they walked out of the Senate. They'd at least remind everyone that the Republicans did this too under Newt, and therefore it's not that big a deal (even perfectly legitimate--since the Republicans started it).I thought that Newt's "shutting down the government" resulted from the House's not working out a budget that Clinton would go along with. The same thing that Reagan got blamed for year after year when his budget was declared "dead on arrival" when it reached the 'rat House of Reps.
But-that's-different is the 'rats slogan.

"Also, there is a story on FR that the DNC is WAY behind the RNC in fundraising, and have fallen far short of their expectations. I wonder what happened to all of those internet donors?"
They probably had to get a job to pay for the political donations that they put on mommy and daddy's credit card for Dr. Dean and Senator J "The effing traitor K.

There's a silver lining in every cloud...
he still has 17 million of his so he can give it to the needy.

Mary has been sleeping with the enemy for a long long while. I was always troubled as to why Cheney called her in for a staff position, considering the grave actions by her husbands God Clinton. Pillow talk, isn't just a movie.........and who doesn't know that? IMO, it would've been one thing if her personal serpent wasn't involved in politics, but nonetheless, voted differently... but the fact of the matter, BOTH were mouthpieces in some fashion, for opposing candidates...and we are to believe, that information did not pass between the sheets.... Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight.
Who TF did she think she was fooling? Apparently, even the WH thought most of us would. I like her, she WAS great, but..I'm sorry.. when you sleep with snakes, breed with snakes, you ARE a snake.

THIS WEEK (ABC): Jack Welch, former General Electric CEO; Sens. Carl Levin, D-Mich., and Chuck Hagel, R-Neb.; comedian Jerry Lewis. Wow. One mediocre comedian and three punchlines!

And we all remember what happened when the government shut down while clinton was in office. The man was forced to counsel little girls just a few years older than his daughter.

$5! Heck no! I'm going to print it and put it proudly on my wall over the computer to show there ARE rewards for posting on FR.
But, it's a thought......
Perhaps I'll consider putting it on E-Bay to see how much it's worth. I could use the money to retire and go fishing, OR I could donate the proceeds to Tom Tancredo's campaign.
To: JesseJane
I have no first hand info at all but everything you say seems perfectly logical.
