But what if his lawyer fell asleep during his trial? What if he was framed? What if he was abused as a child? What if he was remorseful? What if the crime lab mishandled DNA evidence? Now we'll never know!!! Somewhere out there is a former Illinois governor who is devastated by this news of a death-row suicide. The poor guy didn't even get a chance to be pardoned!

Okay guard, put the pre-tied noose back on the bed, the stool back in the middle of the room, and make sure that the pipe in the ceiling is still strong.......we have to give that room to somebody else.

Its nice to see a straight up article with a subject like this coming from AP. They did't even delve into the fact that it was society's fault that this 'good man' killed a Police Officer to begin with. /sarcasm
I guess the most you could say about it is why is this even news to begin with.

"What if he was remorseful?"That's always such a special touch, when the creep apologizes to the families of the person(s) he/she illegally put to death. Makes me wanna puke everytime. Now the victim's survivors won't get to hear the heartfelt remorse. Oh the humanity!

``I didn't show no mercy,'' Koliser told jurors at his sentencing. ``I didn't expect no mercy. I don't want no mercy.''"And I don't know nuthin about no double negatives neither"
First good act of his miserable life, probably, and he screws up the grammar. Oh well, sounds like he finally learned the important lesson.
